To recognize the contributions of its civil servants to the nation and society, enhance administrative efficiency, and promote exceptional performance among young civil servants under the age of 39, Taipei City Government conducts recommendations and selections in accordance with the “Civil Servant Incentive Measures” and the “Taipei City Government Commendation Guidelines for Outstanding Young Civil Servants.” These processes aim to identify exemplary civil servants and exceptional young civil servants within the city government. Furthermore, to commend employees who serve diligently and with enthusiasm, Taipei City Government follows the “Taipei City Government Commendation Guidelines for Outstanding Maintenance Worker” to select exceptional Maintenance Workers within the government. The Mayor publicly acknowledges these employees to boost morale and motivation in the workplace.
