In addition to providing employees with compensation in accordance with regulations such as the “Civil Servants’ Salary Act,” Taipei City Government offers a variety of benefits to enhance employee morale. These benefits include employee health checkups, commuting expense subsidies, one-stop childcare services for employees with children aged 0 to 6, the organization of leisure clubs, cultural and recreational activities, family days, and singles’ social events. We also provide self-paid group and vehicle insurance discounts for employees and their dependents, along with employee discounts at contracted businesses.
